Observations
This day was truly fuckin' insane. Fuckin'. First, Notre Dame struggled mightily to defeat 1-8 Navy 30-23. I switched over to the Ohio State-Purdue game where the Buckeyes survived via a 40yd TD Pass on a 4th and 1 with 90 seconds left to win 10-6 and remain undefeated (they will lose to Michigan). The mother of all "snatching a victory at the jaws of defeat" however transpired in Lexington, Kentucky at around 3:30pm Eastern time. 14th ranked LSU trailed Kentucky 30-27 with 2 seconds left, the ball at their own 20yd line and UK fans on the sidelines ready to storm the field. LSU QB Marcus Randall threw it as far as he could and Devery Henderson caught it off a few deflections for a 75yd TD play to win the game 33-30 while stunning the UK faithful. The UK head coach had been doused with gatorade prior to the play adding to the con carne. Finally, the Syracuse Orangemen salvaged an otherwise dismal season with a 50-42 victory in 3 Overtimes over 7th ranked Virginia Tech. Sadly, Pasqualoni, even before this game, is going to remain as coach with SU.....Oklahoma embarrassed by Texas A&M 30-26 possibly ending their National Championship hopes......Kansas State 58-7 over Iowa State 4th Quarter wha da hell???
